SEIDŌ (say doe) is from the two Japanese characters SEI for "right" or "correct"; and DŌ for "road" or "path." We are rooted in the concept of the Right Path which is the Middle Way promoted in Buddhist philosophy.

About Us

Our values are to:

  • Constantly pursue the “Right Path” for excellent business and personal performance for ourselves and our clients
  • Conduct ourselves with integrity and honesty in all of our relationships
  • Measure our success through satisfied clients who re-engage with our services
  • Conduct ourselves with social and environmental responsibility to the communities and natural environments in which we live and work

We have no preconceived ideas of the “Right Path” but will identify what is the appropriate for each individual, or organization. The “Right Path” will be one that achieves harmony and balance for the specific individual or organization and will support a foundation for increased performance and achievement of identified goals. The pursuit of the “Right Path” is also one that is constantly evolving: seeking improved results and processes and new innovative approaches that can be offered to our clients and employees.

We will work with both employees and clients with respect and cultural sensitivity, upholding confidentiality of information that results from our services. We seek to “actively listen” to each individual who we work with. We see each as a contributing member to the world we live in; each who commands our respect and attention in how we interact.

Our success, both professionally and financially, comes through satisfied clients. Our financial success is a by-product of that client satisfaction and re-engagement for new services. We achieve professional fulfillment by knowing that we have provided excellent service and contributed to the betterment of our clients.
